Tax Manager

Max joined Evolved in 2023 and describes his work as laying down the rails for small business tax management through proper entity structuring, budgeting, tax scenario advisory and accounting oversight. He focuses on bookkeeping, particularly with QuickBooks software, as well as S-Corp structures and payroll taxes. Through mentoring and training, Max enjoys advising colleagues and clients on tax and accounting codes for real world applications. He has helped many start-ups move through phases of growth to provide a future for owners and their employees. 

Max has more than a decade of experience within private industry and public accounting. He earned an associate’s degree in accounting and later attended the University of Connecticut to earn his bachelor’s degree in economics. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and earned his CPA licensure in 2020. Max speaks three languages and enjoys spending time with his two dogs when he’s not traveling to enjoy less ‘touristy’ locations.
