Aisan is a certified public accountant who provides federal and state income tax compliance and advisory services for private equity and venture capital funds, and private equity portfolio companies.
Aisan specializes in tax and compliance issues affecting domestic and foreign partnerships and closely held corporations. She also assists portfolio companies with withholding and international tax reporting and assists clients with IRS and state notices and correspondences.
Aisan graduated from Brooklyn College with a B.S. in Public Accounting and Business Management & Finance. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and enjoys fishing, traveling, and other outdoor activities when she’s not in the office.
