Allison Miyake

Director

Allison joined the firm as a Director in 2026 to help build and scale Evolved’s outsourced finance and accounting function. She brings deep expertise in financial reporting, compliance, and strategic analysis. Most recently, she served as Controller and Chief Compliance Officer at Velocity Capital Management, where she led SEC registration efforts, oversaw regulatory compliance programs, and managed investor reporting and fund operations. Prior to that, she served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Clarendon Capital, a lower-middle-market private equity firm based in the DC metro area.

She has held senior roles at firms including Blackstone Credit, Christofferson, Robb & Company, and Deerfield Management. Allison launched her career as an auditor in Ernst & Young’s Financial Services Office and earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Fordham University.
