Aisan Wu
Aisan joined Evolved in 2022 and is the engine behind tax sensitive, compliance needs of our private equity and portfolio company clients. She has experience with partnerships, corporate entities and blockers, implementing solutions for tax efficiency and accuracy such as proper tax withholdings, domestic and international tax reporting and IRS characterizations. Internally, Aisan is responsible for tax team training and identifying best practices.
With a keen attention to detail, Aisan asks deeper questions to help clients avoid tax issues now and down the road. Her work earns clients’ trust and leads to expanded services among investors, funds and companies. Graduating from Brooklyn College with a bachelor’s degree in public accounting and business management and finance, Aisan is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). She enjoys fishing, traveling, and other outdoor activities when she’s not in the office.
