Jarrod Galassi

Director

Jarrod joined Evolved in 2022 and was promoted to Director in 2025. He has more than a decade of experience in taxation, working specifically with high-net-worth individuals, family offices and private equity investors. Jarrod provides a comprehensive approach to identifying tax-efficient and practical strategies for his clients. This includes reviewing carried interest and other operating agreements, reducing tax liabilities on equity awards, optimizing charitable giving and other beneficial tax positions.

Jarrod supports business development and recruitment efforts at Evolved as well as writing thought leadership articles about technical private equity and family office topics. Jarrod earned an M.S. degree in accounting from the University at Buffalo and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He enjoys playing volleyball, cooking and traveling, and he studies Italian in his free time.
