With deep expertise in tax structuring, M&A due diligence and accounting standards, he helps clients navigate complex issues and avoid costly tax pitfalls that can lead to legal exposure, diminished valuations and audit scrutiny.
Recognized for his straightforward approach and deep expertise in private equity, venture capital and family offices, Matt is committed to delivering clear, results-driven guidance with focused, hands-on attention. He received his BBA in Finance and Accounting from Hofstra University and his MBA from Cornell University. He is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth in New York.
